COMING SOON!
With Remote Online Notarization we can provide convenience to anyone nationwide.
RON is completed via video link through a secure online platform. After your appointment is set, we will send you a secure link via email or text message, where you can upload your documents. You can access this link via laptop, tablet or smart phone.
This platform uses a multi-factor identity verification process, which includes answering personal history questions and credential analysis of your government- issued ID. We then proceed to the signing.
The signer and notary will use electronic signatures to sign the document. The notary will apply their electronic seal to your document and save an audio-visual recording of your session for notarial journal and security requirements. Your notarized document is then returned to you electronically for you to download.

As an Oregon Notary Public, there are certain documents and situations where notarization cannot be performed. These rules are in place to protect all parties and ensure legal compliance.
🚫 Certain Vital Records (Certified Copies)

but we cannot choose the type for you
🚫 Documents Requiring Legal Advice
We cannot:
-Choose the type of notarization for you
-Explain or interpret legal documents
-Provide legal guidance
Please consult an attorney or document preparer if unsure.
🚫 Incomplete Documents
We cannot notarize documents that:

*Please Read checklist before your appointment
By following this checklist, you’ll be well-prepared for your mobile notary appointment, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience!
1. Gather required documents. Ensure you have the document(s) that need to be notarized. Double-check for completeness—no blank spaces unless instructed otherwise. If applicable, bring any additional supporting documents required for the appointment (e.g., property deeds, contracts, etc.).
*Communicated with your Lawer or document preparer about which Notarial certificate is required for your document to be legally notarized. Although we have loose certificates available for you to look over and choose from, we as notaries are not legally permitted to make this choice for you, as this constitutes as legal advice.
2. Verify your identification. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport, state ID, etc.). Ensure the name on your ID matches the name on the document(s) being notarized.
*If the ID is damaged or suspicious, we will not go forward with the notarization.
3. Confirm signer availability. All parties who need to sign the document(s) must be present at the appointment, including additional witnesses needed. Ensure everyone understands the purpose of the document(s) and is prepared to sign willingly.

4. Review document requirements. Check if witnesses are required for your document(s). If so, arrange for witnesses to be present (they must also bring valid IDs). Ensure the document is not signed beforehand; it must be signed in the notary’s presence.
5. Communicate special needs. Inform the notary in advance if you have any specific requirements (e.g., accessibility needs, language preferences, etc.).
****If upon arrival of the scheduled appointment the signer is incoherent, unwilling to sign, or there is insufficient identification (including damaged IDs), or the ID does not match the documents requiring notarization, the notarization CANNOT be performed per Oregon state law.
*In this case the client will not be charged for the notarization fee, but there will still be a non-refundable mobile notary travel fee implemented for time and travel
